After Daniel Geale unified the WBA/IBF middleweight titles on Sunday morning, many doors opened for the Australian boxer.

His management have released details today saying that their fighter will take on the #1 IBF contender and fellow Australian, Sam Soliman next.

“We’re not sure if we’ll put the fight on against Soliman in Sydney, where Daniel now resides, or we could go back to Tasmania, where he grew up,” said Garry Francisco.

“After Soliman we can look at taking on the likes of a Gennady Golovkin.”

Soliman earned his right to fight Geale when he defeated Giovanni Lorenzo via decision last week in Geelong.

The fight is expected to take place by the end of 2012.
